Arriving passengers will enter the terminal via the jet way sleeve or by using special airport transportation.
Passengers with special equipment such as wheelchairs, baby strollers etc. may approach the gate agent for assistance and instructions or follow the signs. |

Passengers with special needs and unaccompanied minors will receive assistance from the QAS gate agent that will last throughout the entire arrival process into Israel. |

|
| Passengers that are transiting from international flights to international flights, will turn right when exiting the rotunda into the transit hall. |
|
|
|
|
| Passengers that are transiting from international flights to domestic flights, will go through the same route as the arriving passengers. However, the domestic transit passengers will then collect their luggage and head to the domestic transit terminal using a shuttle bus located on the 2nd floor, if not instructed otherwise. |
|
|
|
|
Passport control is divided into separate lines for Israeli passports and foreign passports.
There is an additional line for aircrew members and for passengers with special needs. |

|
|
For your convenience, an electronic board in the luggage claim area will tell you at which conveyor belt to collect your luggage.
Free trollyes are available in the luggage claim area as well as:

- Currancy Exchange counters.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Special counters for organized groups.
|
|
- Duty Free counters for collecting items purchased on the way out.
|

|
- Special luggage will be collected from the oversize luggage belt.
|
|
|
|
|
| You may get assistance or information from QAS representatives near the conveyors in the baggage claim area. |

|
|
| The exit from the customs is divided into a green lane - nothing to declare and a red lane - items to declare. |

|
|
| Upon entering the arrival hall, you may access counters of rental cars agencies, reserve taxis and buses which are located on the 1st floor. |
|

|
|
| You may continue directly to the rail station and taxis. The shuttle services to the long term parking lots are located on the 2nd floor. |
