Escort A QAS representative will assist and escort you throughout your arrival and/or departure.
Preference On departure, you will by-pass any line and to be brought straight to security and check in. |

Up to departure gate, as a special needs passenger, you will be escorted to passport control in a wheelchair where needed, and from there to the departure gate in a QAS electric transport cart. Boarding the plain will be either by wheelchair escort through the jet way sleeve, or via special vehicle for the disabled |

| From arrival to exiting airport as an arrival special needs passenger, you will disembark the aircraft escorted by QAS representative and then be tranferred to passport control via transport cart or vehicle for the disabled. You will then go through a quick passport check, be assisted with luggage claim, and escorted through customs and up to exiting the airport. |

|
|
|
Unaccompanied Minor (UM) It must be verified that the child's age meets the airline's criterias for a UM. |
|
|
The departure UM will go through a special security check and check-in lines. The UM will be escorted the entire time by QAS representatives untill boarding. Once the UM has boarded the aircraft, the flight attendent will take responsibility for him/her untill arriving their destination. |

The arriving UM will be escorted by QAS representative to the arrival hall and will be handed over to the person agreed upon in advance only. The arrival will be done quickly with the aid of electronic transport carts and quick passport control process. It is crucial to give exact details and updated phone numbers when registrating. |

Departing Passenger's Luggage Before packing your luggage, be sure to check size and weight restrictions of the airline you're flying with. You may be fined if your luggage is overweight. Suitcases in various sizes may be purchased at the check-in counters, Consult QAS representatives for more information.
It is recommended to add name tags with current details on the luggage and inside it. Be sure to remove all previous tags from the luggage.
While tagging the suitcases, you will receive a receipt with tag number that matches the one that is attached to your luggage. Please keep this receipt untill your luggage is retrieved at your destination.

Arriving Passenger's Luggage In the event of any problem such as an item fogotten on the airplane, damage to your suitcase and so on, it is advisable to emmediatly approach the Lost & Found counters and inform the QAS representative on duty. In most cases, the problem will be resolved while you are still in the airport.
In case you discover the problem after exiting the customs hall, contact Lost & Found via internal phone located on the ground floor, to the right of the customs hall exit.
